Today, Friday, 19th Oct, 2018, Yoga session was organised by WPS for students. Mr. Tajinder Singh was our guest (Yoga instructor).
Students of 9th and 10th standard and staff member joined the session. First of all Mr. Tajinder Singh told the benefits of Yoga and how Yoga can improve our physical, mental and spiritual health. He practiced different Yoga asanas and suggested all to adopt it as a daily routine.
After session WPS’ principal Mrs. Baljeet Kaur thanked Mr. Tajinder Singh for his time.
